New Delhi: The Men in Blue will face Bangladesh in the two-match Test series, starting on September 19. Team India players have reached in Chennai for the first Test and started preparing for the series.
Rohit and Co. will look to win the Test series against Bangladesh to solidify their position in the World Test Championship (WTC) Final. Rohit’s captaincy and tactics will play a key role in India’s success in the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh, New Zealand and Australia.
Rohit received a lot of respect from his teammates and everyone speaks highly about his behaviour on and off the field. Recently in an interview with Jio Cinema, Dhruv Jurel and Sarfaraz Khan praised the Indian captain. Both made their Test debut under his leadership against England earlier this year.
Sarfaraz scored 200 runs in 3 Test matches including 3 fifties while Jurel scored 190 runs with a best score of 90 and kept brilliantly in the five-match Test series.
Dhruv Jurel praised Rohit’s batting and said that he has a lot of time to play his shots and he smashes those deliveries that any batter struggles to even touch the bat.
“People used to say Rohit Sharma has a lot of time. But when we watch him closely, he hits the deliveries that you struggle to even touch with the bat. His pull shot is famous, and watching Rohit’s strokes from close is special. He is GOAT” Jurel said on Jio Cinema.

Sarfaraz Khan also lauded the Indian skipper and said that he is like a big brother to him. He further added that Rohit treats all players equally and he enjoys playing under his leadership. Sarfaraz also that Rohit is like Aamir Khan for the players.
“Rohit Sharma is like a big brother, and we enjoyed a lot while playing under his captaincy. He doesn’t treat young players like juniors, and all are equal in front of him. Lagaan is my favorite Bollywood blockbuster, and Rohit Sharma is like Aamir Khan for the players” Sarfaraz Khan said on Jio Cinema.
