Chole Palak Tikki Recipe

  • ¼ tsp cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  3. Your creamy and mildly spiced spread is ready!

  • 2 leftover rotis 
  • 1 cucumber (sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • ½ onion (thinly sliced)
