The television actor dropped some of his astonishing photos on Instagram after a break that left his fans in a state of awe seeing his incredible physical transformation. In his first post, Ram Kapoor shared a mirror selfie, with a caption that said, “Hi guys, sorry for the slightly long absence from Insta was working on myself quite extensively (sic),” he wrote.

In 2019, Kapoor underwent a tremendous weight loss journey, when he shed 30 kg in just seven months and adopted a much healthier lifestyle. Ram had also revealed his routine, by saying how he was able to lose the extra kilos by intermittent fasting.

Ram Kapoor revealed how practising an intermittent fasting diet helped him in getting back into shape. His fasting window involved the 16/8 window, in which one has to fast for 16 hours and eat in the remaining 8-hour window.
