2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
Warm water
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped cashew
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
Method to prepare Peshwari naan
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Now also add yoghurt, oil, and melted butter, and mix them all well.
Now add warm water to the mix and knead a dough for smooth and soft naan.
