Vitamin C: Acts as an antioxidant, reducing oxidative stress and lowering cortisol levels.
L-Theanine: Found in green tea, it promotes relaxation and can lower cortisol levels.

Melatonin: Supports healthy sleep patterns, indirectly helping to regulate cortisol levels.

Dr Srivastava, although, advised caution in this case to avoid the risk of any long-term health problems. In some cases, these supplements can do more harm than good.
