New Delhi: Team India bounced back in style at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Friday after registering a series-clinching victory in the fourth T20I match against England. Riding on a stupendous effort from Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dube, after a hapless show from top-order batters, and tidy bowling effort, India beat England by 15 runs to take an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match series.
The fifth and final T20I match in Mumbai on Sunday turns into a dead rubber as the hosts have already clinched the series, their 17th consecutive T20I series win at home from 2019. Chasing a score of 182, England were bundled out for 166 in 19.4 overs as Ravi Bishnoi and Harshit Rana, who came in as a concussion substitute for Dube, devastated the England batters with three wickets each.

India’s 5th straight T20I series win vs England
Varun Chakravarthy also showed his class by clinching a couple of wickets while Axar Patel and Arshdeep Singh chipped in with a wicket each as India completed their 5th straight T20I series victory against England. For the visitors, Harry Brook was the top-scorer for the side with 51 runs while Ben Duckett contributed 39 runs in the chase. Rest of the batter could not muster the courage to stand in front of a disciplined bowling from the Indian side.
