New Delhi: Infosys has announced an 85 per cent performance bonus for its eligible employees, The Economic Times reported on Tuesday. The IT giant bonus comes after the company announced its Q2 Results 2024-25. The report stated that the bonus is expected to be credited to the salary accounts of the workers in the November salaries.
The bonus will depend upon employees’ performance and contribution for the second quarter of the current fiscal. The report mentioned that the bonus will primarily be doled out to mid- and junior-level employees in the delivery and sales units of the country’s second-largest IT services company. Infosys has around 3.15 lakh-strong workforce.

Infosys Q2 Results 2024-25
In its Q2 Results of 2024-25, Infosys’ reported $4,894 million in Q2 revenues, sequential growth of 3.1% and year on year growth of 3.3% in constant currency. Operating margin of teh second quarter stood at 21.1 per cent. Free cash flow for Q2 was at $839 million, growing 25.2% year
on year.
“We had strong growth of 3.1% quarter-on-quarter in constant currency in Q2. The growth was broad based with good momentum in financial services. This stems from our strength in industry expertise, market leading capabilities in cloud with Cobalt and generative AI with Topaz, resulting in growing client preference to partner with us”, said Salil Parekh, CEO and MD on second quarter results.
