On Saturday, the Israeli military released footage claiming to show a Hezbollah tunnel in southern Lebanon being “neutralized.” This tunnel was reportedly used by Hezbollah’s Radwan forces.

The video footage provided by Israel reveals the tunnel’s interior. It shows a long, straight underground structure equipped with electricity. The tunnel also contains a kitchen with adequate cooking facilities and utensils, as well as a designated living space.

Additionally, the video displays heavy ammunition and combat bags prepared by the Radwan forces kept inside the tunnel.

In a statement, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said that the Paratroopers Brigade, Yahalom Unit, and the Northern Command Combat Engineering Unit, under the 98th Division’s command, dismantled 250 meters of underground terror infrastructure in southern Lebanon.

Last week, Israel launched a limited ground operation into southern Lebanon following a series of attacks that resulted in the deaths of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and others. In less than two weeks, at least 1,400 Lebanese, including civilians, medics, and Hezbollah fighters, have been killed, and 1.2 million have been displaced.
