Moscow: Indian Prime Minister is in Russia for two days and he began his second day with a powerful address to the Indian community in Moscow.

The Prime Minister spoke about the government’s successes, its plan for the third term, India’s position on a global level and the contributions of the citizens of the nation, towards the country’s progress and development.

PM Modi highlighted how the relationship between India and Russia is based on mutual trust and respect; how people in Russia love India, celebrate our festivals and participate in events. PM Modi also thanked Russian President Putin for his friendship.

PM Modi has also said that India has been progressing rapidly and that ‘India is challenging all the challenges’. The Prime Minister went on to say that it is in his DNA to ‘challenge the challenges’.

PM Modi And His Strong ‘Number 3’ Connection

In the very beginning of his address, PM Modi highlighted that he has come to power for the third consecutive time and that he has vowed to work with three times more strength and speed. 

He also said that it is a coincidence that the number three is also present in many of the government’s goals – the government’s goal is to make India the third largest economy in the world in the third term.

He said that the government’s target is to create three crore houses for the poor, three crore ‘Lakhpati Didi’ to empower the women self-help groups running in villages in India.

‘India Takes Chandrayaan to Part of the Moon Where No Country Could Reach’

Highlighting the success of Chandrayaan-3 as a milestone, PM Modi said that the India of today’s India achieves the target it sets. 

Today, India is the country that takes Chandrayaan to the part of the moon where no other country in the world could reach. 

On digital transactions, PM said that India is giving the most reliable model of digital transactions to the world and has the third largest startup ecosystem in the world.
