The Prime Minister spoke about the government’s successes, its plan for the third term, India’s position on a global level and the contributions of the citizens of the nation, towards the country’s progress and development.
PM Modi highlighted how the relationship between India and Russia is based on mutual trust and respect; how people in Russia love India, celebrate our festivals and participate in events. PM Modi also thanked Russian President Putin for his friendship.

In the very beginning of his address, PM Modi highlighted that he has come to power for the third consecutive time and that he has vowed to work with three times more strength and speed.
He also said that it is a coincidence that the number three is also present in many of the government’s goals – the government’s goal is to make India the third largest economy in the world in the third term.
He said that the government’s target is to create three crore houses for the poor, three crore ‘Lakhpati Didi’ to empower the women self-help groups running in villages in India.
