New Delhi: The YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul shocked the world again by defeating the boxing legend Mike Tyson at the AT&T Stadium on November 16, Saturday. Tyson was looking great in the initial moments of the fight. Tyson came out charged up and was pushing forward every time.
Tyson connected a solid left hand, early in the fight and tried to finish Paul but failed to connect his right hook. Tyson was putting pressure on Paul in the first round and fans were cheering for Tyson in the fight.
In the second round, Tyson was bouncing all over the ring and countered the attack of Paul easily. Paul shot a left jab to Tyson but Tyson showed the iconic head movement and escaped. After seeing the head movement of Tyson, Paul targeted the body of Paul and threw some punches on the belly of Tyson.
Tyson again came with guns blazing in the third round but Paul evaded the damage. Paul then switched his mode and attacked the body of Tyson and Tyson also looked exhausted in the third round itself.
Paul was looking for the perfect time to hurt Tyson and got the opportunity in the fourth round where he landed a combination in the middle of the ring to Tyson. Tyson was fatigued and couldn’t offer any counter punches but his head movement was top notch in the fight.
Paul started to dominate the fight but Tyson hit a one solid punch to Paul but Paul responded with a left jab to Tyson. Tyson was missing his shots and then the crowd also started booing Paul.
Paul continued the attack by mixing his shots into body and head and Tyson was looking helpless in the middle of the ring. In the seventh round, Tyson landed a couple of punches to Paul in the beginning but couldn’t extend his attack.
In the last round, Tyson was still in defensive mode, and in the last 10 seconds of the fight, both fighters showed respect to each other. Paul defeated Tyson via unanimous decision with scores of 80-72, 79-73, and 79-73.
