New Delhi: India’s premium fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has made a sensational comeback in the team after returning from injury in August 2023. The pacer was sidelined from the team due to a serious back injury and missed several big events and matches for Team India. He played an important role in Team India’s 2023 ODI World Cup campaign and picked up 20 wickets in 11 matches.
Bumrah also played a key role in Team India’s T20 World Cup victory. He picked up 15 wickets in 8 matches with a brilliant economy rate of 4.17. He was also awarded the Player of the Match award for his outstanding performance in the tournament.
The pacer has been on a long break and didn’t play any match after the T20 World Cup final against South Africa. He is expected to be back during the home Test match series against New Zealand. The speedster will play a crucial role for India in the upcoming five-match Test series against Australia and the management wants him 200% fit for the upcoming big series and tournaments.

A fan asked the fast bowler a question “there is any batsman who he thinks has been tough to bowl to”. He replied and said that he respects everyone but doesn’t want anyone to take over in his head.
“Look I want to give a good answer but the real factor is that I don’t want anyone to take over me in my head because obviously I respect everyone, but in my head I tell myself that if I do my job well, there’s nobody in the world who can stop me” said Jasprit Bumrah.
“So I look at myself rather than the opponent so if I think that I have control over everything and if I give myself the best opportunity, everything else will take care of itself rather than giving the power to the batsman that he’ll get the better of me and he’s better than me, so that I don’t want to” he added in response.
