New Delhi: WWE released Wrestler Jinder Mahal earlier this year, with some other big names and judging by his social media posts he was clearly not happy with the release.
On July 18th, he took to social media to announce that his 90-day-non-compete clause with WWE officially expired. His post got plenty of positive reactions from the fans and supporters.
WWE handed Mahal his walking papers three months ago but now he officially returned to the big stage. On his 38th birthday on July 19, he made a surprise entry at GCW so high.
He was wearing a mask and attacked Effy. Later, he revealed his identity and the crowd at St. Louis went wild.

‘No negative feeling with WWE’: Jinder Mahal
In an interview with Insight, Mahal said that he has no negative feelings for WWE and he is grateful to them for the platform they provided him.
“There is no hostility or negative feelings with WWE. Very grateful for them with all the years and the platform they provided me. It’s amazing. During WrestleMania week, myself and Indus Sher talked to [talent relations]. They were wanting to go back to India” Mahal said.
Mahal also talked about Veer and Sanga and said that they were quite frustrated and wanted to go back home.
“A few months prior, Veer had a religious event that he holds. It was the one year anniversary of his father’s death. He got told we were needed for RAW and he couldn’t go back home. Sanga is also from India, he wants to go back home. They were told no, we were needed on RAW. Sure enough, that week we weren’t booked. We were sitting at home. They were quite frustrated. Also, myself” Jinder Mahal told Insight.
