New Delhi: Jio Financial Services launched a renewed JioFinance App offering a range of services. Financial transactions offered on the app include loans, savings accounts. Users can also carry out UPI bill payments, phone recharges, as well as digital insurance.
JioFinance App beta version was launched on May 30, 2024. Since then the app has amassed 6 million users. The app has since been developed to also offer loans on mutual funds, apart from home loans. Customer can also choose to transfer their home loan balance apart from securing loans against property on the app.
Service offered on JioFinance App
JioFinance app users can access banking services via Jio Payments Bank. A digital account can be opened on the app in 5 minutes through biometric authentication. A physical debit card will also be issued to accountholders. Currently, 1.5 million customers are using a Jio Payments Bank account.
JioFinance users can also access details of their holdings across bank accounts in one place on the app. Mutual fund investment related details are also readily available on the app. JFs plans to launch investment solutions in partnership with BlackRock soon. “We are well on our way towards becoming a trusted financial companion for the people of India, helping them fulfill their aspirations with our comprehensive suite of financial products,” JFSL Managing Director and CEO Hitesh Sethia.
How to access Jio Financial app
The Jio Financial app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, as well as Apple App Store. Users can also download the app from the MyJio store, according to the official statement. with a wide range of attractive offerings, it said.
