New Delhi: India’s legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar praised Vidarbha captain Karun Nair’s incredible performance in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy after leading his team to their first-ever final in the tournament on Thursday.
Nair who played his last Test for India in 2017 has been in sensational form during the domestic ODI tournament. He scored 752 runs with five hundreds and a half-century in seven matches, averaging 752 with one dismissal in the tournament.
His brilliant record is the third-best performance ever in a Vijay Hazare Trophy season and he can reach at the top with another stunning performance in the final against Karnataka on Saturday.

As per reports, The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will announce India’s squad for the tournament on January 18, Saturday.
