2-3 green chillies, slit
2 inches ginger, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons tamarind paste
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Seasonings

Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
