New Delhi: Kuwait has asked its citizens to leave Lebanon immediately as tensions escalate in the middle east after an Israeli airstrike at the Hezbollah headquarters in Lebanon killed its chief Hassan Nasarullah.
In another strike on Saturday, Israeli fighter jets, under the direction of the intelligence wing, attacked and killed terrorist Hassan Khalil Yassin, a senior member of Hezbollah’s intelligence headquarters, in Dahiya in Beirut.
Yassin was the head of the department in charge of criminalising military and civilian targets, on the contact line and deep within the territory of the country.
As part of his role, Yassin cooperated closely with all of Hezbollah’s fire units, was personally involved in terrorist plots that were carried out from the beginning of the war against civilians and soldiers, and planned additional attacks in the coming days.
