New Delhi: Food delivery app Magicpin is known for its witty and quirky billboard campaigns which often become hit among the people. For the latest happenings related to any sphere in the country, be it sports, politics among others, Magicpin’s take is vivid and unusual grabbing the eyeballs of almost all. The latest one which has gone online is a campaign related to the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025.
Both India and Pakistan are at loggerheads with respect to the former refusing to visit the neighbouring country for the big ICC event due to long-standing political tensions between the two. Since BCCI refused to travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy and ICC communicated the same to the PCB, Pakistan has maintained a firm stand saying no to a hybrid model for the big event and instead insisted the apex cricket body to host all the matches in their country.

On Thursday, social media was abuzz with the latest billboard of the food delivery app which had a very witty and blunt reply to Pakistan’s invitation to India for the Champions Trophy. The billboard had a message which mentioned ‘Men in Blue will not deliver in Pakistan” Amid the ongoing row, this categoric message from the app further clarifies India’s take on visiting the Asian nation for the massive event in February-March 2025.

Sri Lanka and UAE have been known to be the shortlists for a hybrid model for the Champions Trophy 2025, when it officially falls into place. Both the two nations have a geographical proximity with Pakistan and that’s why they are most sought-after destinations. Pakistan has maintained its stance of not agreeing for a hybrid model while India has also maintained the stance of not travel to the nation. On November 29, a virtual meeting is scheduled, between the ICC, PCB and BCCI which will decide the fate of the event.
