Vitamin E: Eat foods high in vitamin E, such as almonds, avocados, and sunflower seeds, to support skin health and protect against UV damage.

Limit Sugary and Oily Foods: Minimise your intake of sugary and oily foods, which can cause breakouts and dull skin. Opt for a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

Cleansing: Use a gentle, soap-free cleanser twice daily to remove excess oil, dirt, and impurities. This helps maintain your skin’s natural pH balance and prevents clogged pores.
