New Delhi: South star Jr NTR is admired across the entertainment industry for his remarkable performances on the silver screen. Not only cinema lovers but also his colleagues from the showbiz arena are his huge fans, all thanks to his exceptional acting prowess. Telugu actor Vishwak Sen, also a strong adherent of the 41-year-old hunk, recently expressed his desire to remake one of Jr NTR’s old films.
According to a Gulte report, Vishwak Sen disclosed that he would like to remake Jr NTR’s movie Naa Alludu. He made this revelation while promoting his upcoming flick, titled Gangs of Godavari.
For the unversed, Naa Alludu was released in cinemas back in the year 2005 and it failed terribly at the Box Office. The Vara Mullapudi directorial also starred Genelia Deshmukh, Shriya Saran and Ramya Krishna in the lead. It featured Suman, Rajiv Kanakala, Charan Raj, Brahmanandam and Ali in supporting roles.
The action comedy, written by V Vijayendra Prasad and produced by A Bharati, received mostly negative reviews from critics as well as audiences.
On IMDb, Naa Alludu is rated 3.4 out of 10, with insights from hundreds of users of the platform. The storyline of the film revolved around a young man who challenged an industrialist to marry one of her daughters after she insulted him during a job interview.
