NeoPolitan Pizza and Foods is an SME based in Vadodara in Gujarat. Till October 3, it registered a subscription of 8.73 times overall. The retail portion was subscribed 15.73 times while Non-Institutional Buyers applied for 1.72 times the number of shares allotted for them.
The management of NeoPolitan Pizza and Foods intends to raise Rs 12 crore through this IPO, which consists of 60 lakh fresh equity shares and no OFS (offer for sale).

It also specialises in different types of soups, salads, bread, pasta, hand-tossed pizza, and desserts.
The company also deals in agri commodities like wheat, and rice, onions and tomatoes.
