The Ahmedabad youngster is a talented artist and musician, but his ultimate dream is to become a top-level footballer. Selected from the Gujarat leg of trials, Gadhvi is among the 28 young footballers who will travel to Austria after being selected in the News9 Indian Tigers and Tigresses campaign.
TV9 Network’s landmark talent hunt programme witnessed the participation of 50,000 teenagers, of which the scouting process shortlisted 10,000 talented boys and girls from across the country. A total of 16,000 schools took part in TV9 Network’s one-of-a-kind initiative in eight scouting camps across major states in India.
From the north to the south to east to west, the talent hunt covered all the parts, shortlisting 7,000 boys and 3,000 girls.

The journey witnessed the young guns undergo rigorous trials to showcase their talent. After the selection, the 28 kids will travel to Austria to get further training and an opportunity to polish their dreams of representing India at the international level someday.
Dakshraj’s life is a disciplined grind. From sunrise sprints to late-night practice, the Gujarat lad gives 10-12 hours every day to football!
His father, who works at a travel agency, and his mother, who is an accountant, have dedicated their life to help their son realise his dream.

Before taking the dream flight to Austria, the twins, along with the other selected kids, were given blessings by PM Narendra Modi, who met the 28 gems of Indian football at TV9 Network’s ‘What India Thinks Today 2025’ (WITT 2025) Global Summit in New Delhi on Thursday.
