Mumbai: Indian weddings are incomplete without intricate mehndi designs, and Nita Ambani’s mehndi for her son Anant’s wedding was no exception. Nita, a vocal advocate for Indian traditions and craftsmanship, incorporated beautiful elements into her mehndi design.

Nita donned a breathtaking bespoke ‘Ranghaat’ ghagra by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for the baraat procession. The peach silk ghagra featured a stunning blend of vintage bronze, blushing pink, and pistachio green tones. The intricate jaali blouse was embellished with Naqshi and Saadi goldwork, silver Zardozi work, and sparkling Swarovski crystals, creating a majestic aura.

Master artisans Vijay Kumar and Monika Maurya of Swadesh meticulously crafted the ensemble over 40 days. It was completed with a traditional Banarasi leheriya ‘Ranghaat’ dupatta in vibrant pastel hues.
