- Maintain Safe Distances: Keep mobile phones at least 100 cm (1 meter) away from your bed at night. Avoid placing them under your pillow or too close to your head while sleeping.
- Use Hands-Free Options: Opt for speaker mode or wired earphones when making calls instead of holding the phone directly to your ear. If possible, consider using a landline for long conversations.
- Limit Screen Time on Weekends: Take a break from screens, especially on Sundays. Spend time outdoors, and engage in physical activities, meditation, or family interactions to refresh your mind and body.
- Switch Off Unnecessary Devices: Reduce exposure by turning off Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth, and mobile data when not in use, especially at night.
- Avoid Prolonged Laptop Use on the Lap: Place laptops on a desk rather than directly on the stomach or lap to minimize exposure to direct heat and electromagnetic fields.
- Choose Safe Workspaces: If working for long hours, ensure proper ventilation and maintain a safe distance from high-radiation sources such as routers and large electronic appliances.
