One of the best fast bowlers in the world at present, Bumrah has shown in the past that he can be a handy pinch-hitter with the bat.
While the Indian pacer hasn’t had a lot of opportunities to bat for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL, he has played some fine cameos for Team India in crises. Bumrah smashed 35 runs off Stuart Broad in a Test match between India and England at Edgbaston in 2022, displaying his sensational hitting prowess. It remains the most expensive over in Test history.
