New Delhi: Indian shooter Avani Lekhara is all set to compete for her second medal on Day 4 of the Paris Paralympics. Lekhara will participate with Sidhartha Babu in the mixed 10m air rifle event prone SH1 event. Preethi Pal also returns to action at the Stade de France to participate in the women’s 200m T35 race.
Nithya Sre, Mandeep Kaur and Palak will start India’s Day 4 in the women’s singles quarterfinals at the Paris Paralympics on Sunday, September 1. Sukant will face Suhas Yathiraj in the all-India semi-final of the men’s badminton singles SL4 category.
Nitesh Kumar will also look to contribute to India’s medal tally in the semi-final of the men’s badminton singles SL3 category. Ravi Rongali will also participate in the men’s shot put F40 final. Nishad Rampal will also look to win a medal for the country in the men’s high jump T47 final.
