PKL 11 top raiders and top defenders: Most raid and tackle points after match no. 126

New Delhi: Gujarat Giants held Patna Pirates to a 40-40 tie, striking a major blow on their chance of a top-two finish in the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 11, at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Balewadi, Pune on December 21, Saturday. Meanwhile, in the second clash of the night, which was another action-packed encounter, Dabang Delhi edged past Jaipur Pink Panthers 33-31.

For the playoff stage, only a single spot is left as the race is on between the Telugu Titans and U Mumba. Five teams have already been qualified and all the other teams are eliminated from the tournament.

Devank continues to stay on top as the raider having the most points at PKL 11 and has added 10 more to his tally after the nail-biting clash against Gujarat. For Patna Pirates, Devank has scored 280 raid points in 22 matches. Dabang Delhi’s Ashu Malik is second on the list with 239 raid points out of 21 games. He added 12 more points to his tally after the clash with Jaipur Pink Panthers on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Ayan Lohchab of Patna Pirates added five points to his tally to stay in the sixth spot, bagging 165 points in 22 matches. Gujarat Giants’ Guman Singh added eight points to his tally on Saturday and holds seventh place with 154 raid points in 21 games.

Haryana Steelers’ Mohammadreza Shadloui keeps the top position acquired in the list of players with the most tackle points. In 21 matches, he has picked 71 tackle points. Nitin Rawal of the Bengaluru Bulls grabs the second place with 70 tackle points in 20 matches.

Patna Pirates’ Ankit Jaglan has moved a place up, to the third spot after the Saturday clash, adding two tackle points to his tally. He now boasts 70 tackle points in 22 matches. Tamil Thalaivas’ Nitesh Kumar has slipped to the fourth spot, with 69 points in 20 matches.
