Cooking the Chicken for Alfredo Pasta
- Place your boneless chicken on a cutting board. Slice it horizontally in the middle to “butterfly” it.
- Cut the chicken into two slices. Season both sides with Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and salt, then set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken.
- Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for a further 2–3 minutes.
