New Delhi: Ramandeep Singh earned his maiden international cap during the third T20I between India and South Africa at the SuperSport Park in Centurion on Wednesday. The Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder was handed the prestigious cap by former skipper Hardik Pandya before the start of the match. Ramandeep replaced pace bowler Avesh Khan in India’s playing X1. Meanwhile, the home side also made one change and excluded Peter Kruger in favour of Lutho Sipamla.

VVS Laxman, the head coach for Team India on the ongoing tour, handed the cap to Hardik Pandya who in return handed it over to Ramandeep.
