Ingredients for making sandesh
Condensed milk: 1 cup

Pistachios: 4-6, for garnishing
Sugar
Method for making sandesh
Prepare the Mixture: In a clean, dry glass bowl, combine the condensed milk, cream, and cardamom powder. Mix well with a spatula until you have a coarse mixture.
Cook the Mixture: Microwave the mixture on high (900W) for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture for 3-5 seconds, then microwave for another 30 seconds on high. Stir again until the mixture begins to leave the sides of the bowl and forms a dough-like consistency.
Knead the Dough: Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Knead it with your palms like you would knead dough for roti, until smooth. When it stops sticking to your fingers, cover it with cling film to prevent it from drying out.
Shape the Sandesh: Grease your moulds with a few drops of ghee. Take small portions of the dough and roll them in your palms. Press the mixture into the moulds to shape them. Remove any excess Sandesh from the mould and keep it with the rest of the dough. Always keep the dough covered to avoid drying.
Finish and Serve: Gently remove the Sandesh from the mould and place it on a greased plate or butter paper to reduce the use of ghee. Continue with the remaining dough following the same process. Serve immediately and enjoy!
