Ingredients:

200 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Skewers

Recipe to prepare:

In a bowl, combine yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Add paneer cubes to the marinade coat well and let it marinate.
Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers. Grill them on a barbecue.
Serve hot with green chutney.

Aloo ka halwa

Ingredients:

3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and grated
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons ghee
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish

Recipe to prepare: 

Heat ghee in a pan, add grated potato it and saute it well.
Add milk and sugar and cook it well on low-medium flame.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.

Fruit chaat

Ingredients:

1 apple, diced
1 banana, sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1/2 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Recipe to prepare: 

In a large bowl, combine all the diced and sliced fruits.
Add honey and lemon juice to the fruits and toss well.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately for a refreshing and nutritious treat.
