2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter (to dot the filling)
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
Add the butter to the mixture until the mixture reaches a consistency of coarse crumbs.
Now, gradually add the ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to blend the mixture into a dough.
Divide the dough into two discs wrap it in plastic, and let it rest for an hour.
