He was unbeaten against Uttarakhand as well after making 113* against Tripura at the same venue. Urvil was unsold at the IPL 2025 auction a couple of seasons after he was bought for INR 20 lakhs for his home-based franchise Gujarat Titans. He never played a match for the Hardik Pandya-led side in that season, where it finished runners-up to MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings.
The 26-year-old Gujarat gloveman hasn’t managed to attract any bidders at the auction for the last two events, including in the mega auction.
Urvil joined his former Titans teammate David Miller to hit two T20 centuries inside 40 balls. According to the data available on ESPNcricinfo, there are 31 instances when a batter has completed his century inside 40 balls (minimum 39 balls), wherein Miller and Urvil being the only two players to record the feat twice.
