Acme Solar Holdings: The company secured a 250 MW renewable energy project in an auction conducted by NHPC at a tariff rate of Rs 4.56 per unit.
Avenue Supermarts: The DMart operator’s share price target was slashed by US investment bank Goldman Sachs to Rs 3,400 apiece indicating 10 per cent downside owing to competition from quick-commerce companies.
Awfis Space Solutions: The coworking space operator’s shares were purchased by US and European investment banks Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale, Citigroup Global Mauritius, and Goldman Sachs. The entities together purchased an 8.34 per cent stake worth Rs 416 crore via open market transactions.
Bajaj Finance: The non-bank lender said it will integrate AI into its offerings and work processes.
Cement stocks: Brokerage CLSA shared an upbeat forecast on cement stocks citing a revival in demand in the second half of FY25 from the real estate sector as labour availability is expected to improve after the end of the festive season in India.
FMCG stocks: FMCG stocks are likely to remain in focus on Thursday after US CPI inflation came in higher at 2.7 per cent after the US Federal Reserve cut rates twice this fiscal.
Generic Engineering Construction: The company secured a Rs 110 crore order from the Maharashtra government for the construction of Ayodhya Bhakt Niwas.
Insurance stocks: Star Health insurance said it expects an 18 per cent rise in Gross Written Premiums to Rs 18,000 crore in the ongoing financial year, from Rs 15,254 crore in the previous fiscal.
Mahindra and Mahindra: The SUV maker said it will offer battery as a service for its commercial EV segment.
Reliance Power: The company’s renewables arm Reliance NU Suntech secured India’s single largest solar project from SECI with 930 MW capacity and 1,860 MWh battery energy storage system.
Shriram Finance: The non-bank lender completed the sale of its entire stake in housing finance unit Shriram Housing Finance to Warburg Pincus.
Swiggy: The food aggregator announced an invitation-only premium subscription plan priced at RS 299 for one quarter called Swiggy One BLCK. The subscription programme will offer additional perks on dining out, food delivery and Instamart, apart from partner offers.
