Adani Energy Solutions: The company said it had acquired a 298-km special purpose vehicle (SPV) worth Rs 4,091 crore set up by REC Power Development. called Khavda IVA Power Transmission.
Adani Green Energy: The company’s board cleared documents which will facilitate a $400 million investment from French energy major TotalEnergies into a new joint venture with Adani Group.
HAL: The Union Cabinet gave its nod to procure 240 jet engines for the Indian Air Force’s Su-30 aircraft from HAL. The order value is pegged at Rs 26,000 crore.
IREDA: The renewable energy financier plans to raise Rs 29,500 crore with Rs 25,000 crore set to be raised by debt issuance and Rs 4,500 crore via equity route, according to its chairman and MD and Pradeep Kumar.
L&T: The infrastructure giant announced the creation of a separate business vertical for renewables.
Omaxe: The real estate developer said it will invest Rs 2,500 crore towards the development of a 50-acre commercial-cum-sports complex in Dwarka, it said in a regulatory filing.
NMDC: The iron ore mining company said iron ore production declined 9.9 per cent to 3.07 million tonnes in August 2024.
Sterlite Tech: The tech company reported that it has paid Rs 4 crore to settle a dispute with the Data Management Centre.
Vedanta Group: The commodities giant’s board gave its nod for a third interim dividend of Rs 20 per share in the ongoing financial year. This pegs the total FY25 dividend payout at Rs 13,474 crore.
Vodafone Idea: The telco received a Rs 73 crore GST demand notice in Kolkata.
