New Delhi: The Surajkund International Crafts Mela is one of India’s most vibrant and culturally rich fairs, held annually in Surajkund, Faridabad, Haryana. Organised by the Surajkund Mela Authority and the Haryana Tourism Department, this grand festival showcases traditional arts, crafts, music, dance, and cuisine from across India, along with contributions from international participants. Held every February, the festival attracts artisans, performers, and visitors from all over the world. This year, the event will take place from 7th to 23rd February 2025.

The Mela is renowned for its exquisite handicrafts and handlooms, providing a unique platform for skilled artisans to exhibit and sell their work. Surajkund Mela 2025 Tickets

For the first time, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has collaborated with Mela organisers to simplify the ticketing process. Tickets can be purchased through multiple channels:

Online: Available via the DMRC mobile application.
Offline:

  • At the venue gates.
  • Special booths at key entry points.
  • At all Delhi Metro stations (from Friday to 23rd February, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM).

The ticket prices are as follows:

Weekdays: Rs 120 per person
Weekends: Rs 180 per person

How to Reach Surajkund Mela by Metro

The most convenient way to reach the Mela is via the Delhi Metro. The Badarpur Metro Station on the Violet Line is the closest stop. From there, visitors can hire auto-rickshaws or cabs to reach the venue.
