Chennai: In a major reshuffle, the Tamil Nadu government on Tuesday transferred 15 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and Key IAS officers including Collectors of many districts have been transferred. Tamil Nadu Home Secretary P Amutha has been transferred and Dheeraj Kumar, IAS will be the new Home Secretary of Tamil Nadu.
According to the state government’s notification, Chennai Corporation Commissioner J Radhakrishnan will be the new Secretary to Food, Cooperation and Consumer Protection department. S Madumathi is new School Education Secretary. S Valarmathi, Collector, Ranipet district has been transferred. J Anne Mary Swarna, Collector, Ariyalur district transferred. M Aruna, Collector, The Nilgiris district transferred and she will be taking over as Collector of Pudukottai district.
Lakshmi Bhavya Taneeru is new Collector to the Nilgiris district, while P Akash, IAS is new Collectot to Nagapattinam district. P Rathinasamy, is new Collector of Ariyalur district and Sibi Adhitya Senthil Kumar is new Collector of Cuddalore district. Similarly, R Alagumeena is new Collector of Kanyakumari district while Grace Lalrindiki Pachuau is new Collector of Perambalur district.
Likewise, Simranjeet Singh Kahlon is new Collector of Ramanathapuram district and J Kumaragurubaran is new Commissioner of Chennai Corporation.
