According to the External Affairs Minister, four agreements on drug control, cultural exchange, and agriculture have also been signed. PM Modi’s visit come at a crucial time for the war. Ukraine has successfully advanced into Russian territory (Kursk). Meanwhile, Russia continues to make gains in Eastern Ukraine, although at a steady pace.
