The former India captain is one of the country’s most bankable sporting stars and he announced on social media that he has been flirting with the idea of forming a new company for a while.
Sporting Beyond will look into all business prospects of Kohli from here on as his net worth is estimated to be around Rs 1,050 crore, as per reports.

“I am excited to announce a fresh start with Sporting Beyond, my new team, who have been working with me for a while now.”, said Kohli in a statement released on his official social media handles.
“The team at Sporting Beyond shares my goals and my values of transparency, integrity and a love for sport, in all its forms.
“This opens a new chapter for me as I look forward to my partnership with my new team, who will be working with me on all of my business interests,” he added.
The new company will focus on sports marketing, advising, and consulting services. Former India coach and nored commentator Ravi Shastri is reportedly one of the directors of the company.
Earlier it was reported that Kohli ended his long-term association with celebrity management company Cornerstone, whose CEO is Bunty Sajdeh, the brother-in-law of India skipper Rohit Sharma.
Kohli, who celebrated his 36th birthday on Tuesday, is now preparing for India’s tour of Australia where they will compete in five Test matches with the hope of retaining the Border-Gavakar Trophy.
The No.4 batter for India in Test matches is under criticism for a poor run of form against Bangladesh and New Zealand.
