New Delhi: Legendary Pakistan cricketers Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis, who were one partner-in-crimes for knocking out batters with their lethal pace, have been gracing the commentary box for a while now, having been retired from the game. They have also donned the coaching hat for several outfits over the globe and are currently busy with their packed schedule of T20 World Cup 2024 where they are part of the broadcasting and analyst teams.
Both were recently seen in a viral video, enjoying a cup of tea during their time off the field in what they called as the “mid-life crisis”, along with popular host and artist Fakhr E Alam. What gained more attention towards the clip is the viral song “Bado Badi” which was featured as the trio perfectly lip-synced to the popular song and giving apt expressions while enjoying the time together.

The video is gaining a barrage of likes and comments and the fans are loving their favourite legends’ take on the chartbuster sung by British Pakistani singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan. The song went viral a month back and became an internet sensation in no time, notably for its unconventional style, gimmicky music, and lyrics and for the artists’ vague performance in the video.
Removal of ‘Bado Badi’ from YouTube
The viral hit garnered immense popularity worldwide, amassing 28 million views before its removal from YouTube due to copyright concerns. The song garnered more than 25 million views and was taken down by the streaming giant due to the resemblance in melody and composition with a classic song “Akh Lari Bado Badi” by legendary singer Noor Jehan from the 1973 film ” Banarasi Thug.” This triggered a copyright claim that resulted in the removal of Khan’s song.
The song that featured model Wajdhan Rao Ranghar has since inspired numerous memes and content creation on Instagram reels worldwide. However, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan recently re-uploaded the song with a new video on Instagram that reignited its viral status.
In a hilarious video that has gone viral, Pakistan legends Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis are seen with TV host Fakhr E Alam enjoying a cup of tea with viral Bado Badi song. Cricket Sports News: Latest Cricket News, Cricket Live Score, Sports Breaking News from Sports Today
