Mumbai: Actress Sonakshi Sinha married her longtime boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal, in a civil ceremony in Mumbai on June 23, followed by a reception at Bastian restaurant, a popular spot among celebrities. The couple, together for seven years, chose their anniversary as their wedding day. They later hosted a lavish reception for industry friends.
Sonakshi Sinha’s wedding reception party look featured a striking red Banarasi saree with “Chand buta’ and an intricately designed heavy border. Complementing her traditional attire, Sonakshi styled her hair in a sleek, middle-parted bun embellished with sindoor and adorned with a gajra. Her makeup featured dark-winged eyeliner, mascara and nude lipstick, adding a modern touch to her classic look along with alta and a red bindi.
What truly captured everyone’s attention was the exquisite jewellery Sonakshi wore, specially crafted by Karan Johar’s luxury jewellery brand, Tyaani. The contrast of her green jewellery against the red saree created a vibrant and striking ensemble.
