Yoga hamen sharirik kasrat ke saath-saath mansik shanti aur atmik vikas bhi pradan karta hai. Is din ko manane ke avasar par, humein yoga ke mahatva ko samajhna aur isko apne jeevan ka hissa banana chahiye. Main sabhi yogabhyasiyon se prarthana karta hoon ki ve apne jeevan mein yoga ko niyamit roop se samavesh kare aur swasth aur khushal jeevan ki or agrasar ho.
Aaj Vishva Yoga Diwas par hum sabhi ek samarpit prastuti denge. Yoga hamare jeevan mein ek mahan prakriya hai jo hamen svasth aur samriddh banata hai.
