New Delhi: Mike Tyson came out of retirement to fight against half of his age boxer Jake Paul. Paul defeated Tyson via unanimous decision and secured a comfortable victory over the boxing legend. The fight was also not up to the mark as both boxers fought like a sparring session and no one knocked out in the fight.
After three weeks of the mega-fight, the baddest man on the planet got an offer from Saudi Arabia’s Turki Alalshikh, who is known for transition in world boxing. Alalshikh offered a whopping amount of Rs. 5,929 crores to rematch against Paul.
Sheikh Turki made a stipulation in the rematch, he would give the amount to Tyson if Tyson agreed to a rematch against Paul and finished Paul in the first three minutes of the fight. Tyson has to win the fight by knocking out in the first three minutes.
Sheikh Turki was very unhappy with Paul’s victory over boxing legend Tyson and that’s the reason, he gave an offer to Tyson to train hard and finish the influencer fighter.
Tyson had his last knockout victory way back in 2002 and in the last fight, Tyson was gassed out early in the fight and his reflexes was also slowing down during the fight.
Why Tyson will not accept the offer?
Tyson lost the match very easily with an 80-72,79-73,79-73 score and he earned almost $40 million from the loss. The 58-year-old boxer didn’t look like in great shape as he made the entrance into the boxing ring, and fans weren’t happy about his expressions.
“I think he doesn’t like me right now and hasn’t for the past two months,” Alalshikh said to the media. “I’ll be honest, I like him as part of the younger generation, and he has a lot of fans. My kids are among them.
Paul’s relationship with Sheikh Turki is not great as Turki didn’t call him a real boxer and he wants Paul to fight against real boxers in the boxing ring.
