New Delhi: Former Indian hockey player PR Sreejesh on Saturday was conferred with the Padma Bhushan award on the eve of the Republic Day. Four sportspersons were named for the recipients of the Padma Shri Awards. Former Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin and legendary footballer IM Vijayan were named for the Padma Shri awards.
Additionally, para-archer Harvinder Singh and former wrestler Satyapal Singh were also awarded the Padma Shri Awards.
