New Delhi: The Indian men’s cricket team has sent the country in a jubilance after its remarkable victory in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 on Sunday. Rohit Sharma’s men defeated New Zealand in the final of the tournament played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.
India won its third ICC Champions Trophy after previously bagging the silverware in 2013 and 2002 (joint-winners with Sri Lanka). This has been a massive moment for the Men in Blue given that they have won the last two major ICC tournaments after the 2024 T20 World Cup in Barbados last year.
Both the campaigns saw India lift the trophies without dropping a single game is an indication of reaching towering heights. The team led by Rohit Sharma has also been projected as the most competitive side in ODIs, and so aptly they won all five matches in the Champions Trophy.

The Indian men’s team donned the special white jackets designed for the Champions Trophy winners to complement it with their Blue shirts. The players posed with the trophy for the cameras and smiles and cheers didn’t leave the sight as everyone close and part of the team were involved in the celebrations.
