Andhra Pradesh Assembly Election Result 2024: ‘We will form an accountable, responsible government’, says Pawan Kalyan

Jana Sena Party leader and actor Pawan Kalyan addressed party workers in Amaravati after winning 21 Assembly seats and 2 Lok Sabha seats as a part of the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance in Andhra Pradesh. Kalyan also won his Pithapuram Assembly constituency seat.

Speaking to his supporters, he said that Jagan is not his personal enemy and the win is not to trouble YSRCP. “5 crores people voted to better their lives. This is not a time for revenge. Jana sena leaders should remember this. This is the time to work for the people of AP. From the day AP was divided, we have suffered. Those dark days are over. We will form an accountable, responsible government. We got 21/21 seats in Assembly and 2/2 in Lok Sabha and it’s the first time any party recorded 100% victory.”

He further stated that this is the time to lay a strong foundation for AP and that it’s a time to provide support for women to stand on their two feet. “I promise to govt employees: Contributive pension scheme will be implemented in a year.  Mega DSc notification will be released and I take responsibility for it. Youth are suffering, without jobs and without sufficient skills. I haven’t forgotten. The alliance govt will listen to your problems. I came into this to support ordinary people of this state. I will fight for you and stand for the people of this state.”

TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu will go to New Delhi on Wednesday to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah to invite them for his swearing-in ceremony as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
