Logan, though, confirmed his bikes were not touched during the robbery in Belgium’s capital, where he is preparing for the Games.

Our van got broken into last night,” he said.

“Luckily my bikes weren’t in there, although my bike bags were in there with some things in it.

“Crazy start to the trip.”

Martin revealed that most of the important items were in his room but he lost his wallet, and backpack among other items in the robbery.

Logan posted another video showing that a few of the stolen items had been dumped and strewn across a park.

“Thank god for bag tags — we found our bags,” he said.

Australia’s chef de mission Anna Meares has assured to replace the stolen items, including helmets and boots.

The news comes a day after an Australian woman was brutally gang-raped by five men in Paris. The shocking incident put the Olympic Team officials on red alert.
