Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Cook until oil separates.
Add sprouted moth beans and water. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the beans are tender.
Toast the pav buns with butter on a pan.
Serve the misal topped with farsan, chopped onions, and a squeeze of lemon, along with pav.

3. Keema Pav

Ingredients:

250g minced meat (keema)
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp oil

Chopped coriander, for garnish

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.

Add the minced meat and cook on low heat until fully cooked and the oil separates.

Ingredients:

4 pav buns
4 tbsp butter
5-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
