New Delhi: One of the greatest rivalries in this decade has been Bill Goldberg vs Brock Lesnar. The first showdown between the great fighters was in WrestleMania 2004. Goldberg held a record of 173-0 in the first few years of his career in the WCW.
After Goldberg’s transfer to WWE, he was a top superstar in WWE and won two WWE World Championships before taking on Lesnar. Meanwhile, Lesnar started his career in MMA and then joined WWE. He debuted in 2002 in WWE and thrashed every WWE star at that time.
Lesnar and Goldberg clashed at WWE Survivor Series 2016. Lesnar was competing in WWE regularly at that time, while Goldberg made his return to the ring after a few years. It was one of the most hyped matches in the WWE. Both entered the arena and fans were cheering out loud their names.

Goldberg stared down Lesnar for more than a minute whereas the referee was separating both the fighters before the bell. Lesnar lifted Goldberg and took him to the side pole. But Goldberg didn’t move and gave a spear to Lesnar, then Lesnar was hurt and couldn’t move.
Goldberg gave a second spear to Lesnar and then hit his signature ‘Jackhammer’ to Lesnar and won the fight in just 1 minute 26 seconds. After the win, Goldberg went to meet his son in the arena. Fans were chanting Goldberg’s name and Lesnar was down in the middle of the ring after the fight.
After this fight, Lesnar demanded a rematch but Goldberg didn’t gave him a chance. Goldberg and Lesnar fought one more time after this fight in grandest stage WrestleMania. It was the most notable loss for Lesnar in his WWE career.
