New Delhi: World No.3 Carlos Alcaraz stayed on course in his quest to become the youngest ever to complete the career Grand Slam, brushing aside Yoshihito Nishioka 6-0, 6-1, 6-4 in the second round of Australian Open.
The Spaniard is eyeing his first Australian title and took only 81 minutes to win. Having won the Wimbledon (twice), French Open and US Open in the last two years, victory at Melbourne Park would complete the only piece of Grand Slam silverware missing from the 21-yer-old’s cupboard.
