New Delhi: The legendary MS Dhoni made a fan’s day by obliging to his adorable request for a selfie. In a video that has gone viral on social media, a fan can be seen asking Dhoni for a picture while the former India captain was enjoying a drive in his hometown Ranchi. Dhoni is currently enjoying his time away from cricket with his family.
The former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain was last seen in action during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 this year where he rolled back the years with some of his memorable batting cameos. Amid speculations over his future in the IPL, Dhoni continues to remain coy on his plans.
Dhoni, who is known for his humble and down-to-earth nature, was stopped by the fan near the entrance of his house in Ranchi. The fan, visibly excited and emotional, requested the India legend to bring down his car window and pose for a selfie with him. Dhoni obliged the fan’s request and posed for a picture with him.
“Ek photo dijiye na. Ek photo sirf. Ek photo dijiye na sir. Bas ek second lagega. Down kijiye na sheesha sir please,” the fan can be heard pleading in the viral video.
